North Dorset Business Park in Sturminster Newton is a joint venture between landowners Dorset County Council, the Homes and Communities Agency and North Dorset District Council.
They acquired the land under their economic development remit with the intention of promoting this as a key employment site.
As part of the development, Pipefix were engaged to refurbish the sewerage system, sewage pumping station and pumping main to the required standard for adoption by Wessex Water.
This involved re-building a 6 metre deep wet well, and brick valve chambers. New concrete pads were constructed and a heavy duty lockable lid put over the well chamber.
