Pipefix are located close to Portland Port and Poole Harbour and have worked extensively on both of these sites. We understand the volumes of water required to quickly fill the tanks on waiting vessels and have installed pumped systems and break pressure tanks designed for this purpose.

At Portsmouth Naval Base we worked in tidal culverts, repairing 12” cast iron mains in bomb proof reinforced concrete, so we are confident we can work in the most demanding environments.

Our experienced commercial pipe installers can work with most sizes and types of pipeline on your site. We offer emergency response services to trace and repair leaks or blockages and planned works to make changes to your existing system for refurbishment or upgrade projects.

    In addition to pipe fitting our engineers can undertake minor civils works to install plinths, thrust blocks and GRP cabinets.

    Every minute of down time on your site costs you money. We recognise this and are able to schedule our works around your shut-down or maintenance schedules.

    Getting us set up on your purchasing system will not be a problem. We hold £10m Public Liability Insurance and are registered with CHAS, Exor and Constructionline. Our dedicated admin team regularly complete this type of paperwork and will happily take care of it.

    Our engineers are security cleared and used to working on sites with strict access protocols and permit to work procedures, or in environments where it is only possible to work in very small windows of time – for instance tidal zones and busy traffic routes.

    Repairs

    Take advantage of our responsive or planned repair services. Our responsive repair vehicles carry light plant, leak detection equipment and a range of fittings that enable them to find and repair leaks on most common sizes and materials of pipework in ducts, underground, overhead and in reinforced concrete dock walls.

    For less urgent repairs or on-going problems we can arrange a free consultation with one of our engineers to assess the situation and advise on ways forward and costs.
