Pipefix are a Self Lay Organisation (SLO) and are able to install water mains to the appropriate standard for adoption by your local water company when required.
We are able to manage the groundworks, installation, pressure testing and chlorination of pipes up to 600mm in diameter in most materials. We also install sewage pumping mains, rising mains, pump stations and treatment plants.

Our knowledge of Water Regulations and experience dealing with the local Water Company Inspectors will ensure that these elements of the project will run as smoothly as possible, and our engineers are also used to dealing with Site Foremen, Supervisors, Quantity Surveyors and Estimators.

Installation
Our engineers hold CSCS cards and have plenty of experience of working on busy construction sites. We can manage all aspects of control and access during a project such as closing roads, opening highways, traffic management and pedestrian management. As a self lay organisation we can manage the entire water infrastructure on small or large developments to the correct standard for adoption.
We take Health and Safety very seriously and will produce Risk Assessments and Method Statements in advance of all our works.

Repairs
Take advantage of our responsive or planned repair services. Our responsive repair vehicles carry light plant, leak detection equipment and a range of fittings that enable them to find and repair leaks on most common sizes and materials of pipework in ducts, underground, overhead and in concrete floors.
For less urgent repairs or on-going problems we can arrange a free consultation with one of our engineers to assess the situation and advise on ways forward and costs.
We can update schematics for you if you have them on AutoCAD. If you don’t have them already we can provide them for you.
